Operation and maintenance of docd activities, photo copying of various technical nontechnical and other miscellaneous paper works, scanning of various administrative, technical and other documents. , making / binding of documents , assisting all the scientists, technical personnel and other staff for the settlement of ta / da moves, telephone bills, medical claims, transport etc., dispatch and receipt of stores files, dispatch and receipt of daily dak and also going to other work centres / labs like ansp, rci , asl prog ad, dmrl etc .for the dispatch purpose, management of various files of docd secretariat, cfd division and ccd division. filing of various papers to the respective files after scrutiny of technology director and divisional heads of cfd and ccd divisions., sending and receiving fax messages of various meetings., organising of meetings and events, arrangements of logistics (water, tea and snacks) for various technical and administrative meetings, looking after the arrangement of visitor passes to the distinguished guests and other visitors to docd., maintenance of docd secretariat, conference hall e.g. cleaning of tables desktop computer, workstations in alll the rooms of docd., reguler cleanup of xerox machine , fax machine, projector of the docd conference hall and all the printers of the directorate.
